ikz.ai is a Hong Kong AI consultancy.

We build, train, and evaluate AI systems for teams that need them to actually work.

AI training for teams

Hands-on workshops on generative AI, prompt practice, and building custom agents, for professionals who use AI at work rather than build it.

Usually a half-day or full-day session, in Hong Kong or remote.

Applied AI consulting

Machine-learning features taken from idea to production: computer vision, physiological-signal pipelines, LLM applications, and multi-agent systems.

Usually a scoped build, or a prototype that settles whether an idea is worth building.

Research & evaluation

Model evaluation, human-AI decision research, and study design and validation, grounded in peer-reviewed research practice.

Usually an evaluation harness, a study design, or a written technical review.

Blockchain & verifiable AI

Zero-knowledge circuit development in Circom, ZKML, smart contracts in Solidity, and protocol research.

Usually circuit or contract work against a defined spec, or a protocol design review.
